A practical overview of the data Runiverse uses and the choices you have.
Runiverse processes your account details, profile, training input and workout results for your personal plan and history. Your profile and workouts are private. Your personal data is not sold. Supabase processes accounts and training data, Vercel provides hosting and Resend delivers account emails.
This website contains public product information. Sanity manages only this website content and contains no personal training data. The website loads no external advertising trackers.
Runiverse currently collects no new product analytics. The former consent choice has been removed and contributions not yet aggregated have been deleted. Existing historical totals are retained. Your personal plans, results and progress statistics remain available. Any future analytics feature must produce output that cannot be traced to individuals; merely replacing identifiers with hashes is insufficient.
You can edit your profile and results and delete your account in settings. Account deletion removes your profile, avatar, plans, activities, results and connection data from the active application and immediately revokes your calendar link. Events already retrieved by a calendar provider do not automatically disappear; also manage the subscription and those events with that provider.
Deleting an individual account does not immediately rewrite any existing service-provider backups. Such backups expire according to their applicable, configured retention periods. Technical services may also process limited data for security and error diagnosis. We therefore do not promise that every technical copy disappears at the same instant.
The mobile app stores a local copy of your saved plans, training details and progress for offline viewing. This copy is separated by account and contains no passwords, access tokens or temporary avatar links. Signing out, deleting or switching accounts, or a confirmed invalid session clears the relevant local training data and pending changes. Language, units, theme and time zone are saved locally immediately; changed preferences sync when a connection is available. Training changes and plan generation require internet access; generation happens exclusively on the server.
You can create a personal subscription link that shares your active plan with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or another calendar provider. Anyone holding the link can read training dates, descriptions, planned load, statuses and any entered results. Share it only with your chosen calendar provider. You can renew or revoke the link in Runiverse. The provider controls refresh timing and processes retrieved data under its own terms; changes may appear with a delay. Revoking the link blocks new access but does not itself remove events already retrieved.
